1. When and where does Core Fest 2022 take place?
Core Fest 2023 takes place on the 4th of November at Im Wizemann, Quellstraße 7, 70376 Stuttgart.

3. When will the final timetable for the festival be released?
As soon as the schedule is published and available online, you will find the whole thing on our website.
4. Where can I get tickets for Core Fest 2023?
You can find the tickets for Core Fest 2023 in our webshop or at our friends from Ticketmaster.
5. Is the ticket personalized?
No, your ticket is not personalized.
6. I am not yet of age. Can I still go to Core Fest 2023?
Music concerts are not considered dance events, so the time restrictions for discos do not apply here. However, this may be ordered in exceptional cases.
Persons under 14 years of age are considered children. Persons between the ages of 14 and 18 are considered juveniles.
Children may attend concerts only if accompanied by a person authorized to act as their guardian or parent.
Youths between the ages of 14 and 16 may attend youth events with concerts ending before 10 p.m. unaccompanied. If the concert ends after 10 p.m., they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written permission from their parents in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
Youth 16 and older may attend events until midnight.
Persons authorized to act as guardians are the mother, father or legal guardian. Any person over 18 years of age is considered to be a person with parental authority if he or she performs parental duties during the event with the written consent of the parents.
7. Who is liable for damages?
Each visitor is personally liable for any damage caused by him/her.
The provisions of the Youth Protection Act apply.
8. Can i resell my tickets?
If for some reason you cannot attend the festival, please use TicketSwap to resell your ticket to another fan. TicketSwap is the leading platform for the secondary ticket market.
About the event day
9. How do I get to the venue?
The best way to reach the venue is to take the U13 via the Glockenstraße stop (Mahle), or the U12 via the Löwentor stop.
Departure is also possible by train until shortly after midnight. However, we recommend that you check in advance whether you can still make connections.
If you want to travel by car, just enter Quellenstraße 7, Stuttgart in your navigation system and follow the instructions. The parking spaces can be reached via Quellenstraße.
Coming from Wilhelma you drive up Pragstraße, after Mahle you take the second right and turn into Quellenstraße. Then you just have to follow the signs.
If you are coming from the direction of Pragsattel, make a U-turn at Mahle and then turn right into Quellenstraße and follow the signs.
10. Are there sufficient parking spaces around the venue?
Those arriving by car can park in the parking garage or in the P2 parking lot. Please make sure that the numbered private parking spaces at the beginning of Quellenstraße remain free.
The new parking garage as well as all parking spaces will be managed, the event fee is 3,00 € (incl. 19% VAT).
11. When does the admission start?
The admission will start at 12:30 PM. You can find more information in our timetable.
12. What do I need on site for admission?
In addition to the ticket you have purchased, you will also need a valid ID card and, if applicable, written permission from your parents.
13. May I bring my camera?
Photography for private purposes with simple cameras is permitted. Bringing professional equipment, such as reflex cameras, etc., is prohibited. The exception to this is the press representatives accredited before the festival. Audio and video recordings are also prohibited.
14. What about security at the festival?
Appropriate security personnel and paramedics will be on site throughout the event.
15. What about food stalls and drinks?
A selection of food and drinks will be available for you on the day of the festival.
16. Will there be merch stands where I can stock up on shirts of my favorite bands?
There will be an area with various merch booths where you can purchase shirts, hoodies, etc. of your favorite bands.
17. May I advertise my own event on the day of the event?
It is strictly forbidden to advertise on the event premises without the prior approval of the festival management. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the event of a violation of this requirement.
